   So you sit on couch and do what?
   Not getting creative here.Maybe you should run around the yard and get your blood circulating, some of which may go to your brain.
   Then you can blog about all the signs of Spring you saw or the things you tripped over or how out of breath you are and wonder why you don’t do it more.
